The McNeil Art Group is ending the season with a new show, “Pristine Summer.” The opening reception for the exhibit will be on Thursday, August 14, from 5 to 7 p.m.

The exhibit, which is held at the group’s Hill Street Gallery Space in Southampton, is a collection of works from modern contemporary artists. The exhibit will feature Lori Cuisinier’s photographs, Tapp Francke’s neon sculptures, paintings by Jeff Muhs, Bastienne Schmidt’s works on canvas and paper, and Peter Tunney’s mixed media works.

There will also be a new selection from the Curated Collection, a New York-based boutique-publishing house, whose line of limited edition books are both objects d’art and compilations dedicated to modern cultural movements.

The show will run until September 15. The gallery is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. every day except Tuesday and open until 6 on Fridays and Saturdays. For more information, call (631) 838-4843 or e-mail mcneillartgroup@mac.com.
