Southampton’s Dialysis Center Receives Award

The Southampton Hospital’s Regional Dialysis Center has received its second IPRO Five-Diamond award. The award recognizes the hospital’s exemplary patient safety program at the hospital’s Hampton Bays Atrium site. The Southampton Hospital (www.southamptonhospital.org) Regional Dialysis Center is one of only 24 facilities out of the 243 in the state to have achieved this award.

We were treated to some cool and nasty weather over the holiday weekend. Temps were in the 40′s with plenty of wind and rain. The water temps were 59 degrees and it definitely affected the fishing. The reports were non-existent over the weekend as everyone just stayed in. There were a few blowfish around with anglers catching some from Long Beach on clams and squid. It looks like the numbers are down from last year.
