Sag Harbor Village Looks for Citizen Ideas for Community Development Programs

For 2014, The Village of Sag Harbor expects to receive approximately $11,500 in Federal Community Development Block Grant funds.

Eligible activities include the acquisition and demolition of blighted property, housing rehabilitation, elimination of physical barriers for the handicapped, public facilities and improvements, street reconstruction, code enforcement, public waters projects and economic development.

Village residents are invited to attend a public hearing on October 8 at 6 p.m. during the monthly meeting of the Sag Harbor Village Board of Trustees. The meeting will be held in the second floor of the Municipal Building on Main Street in Sag Harbor.
