Foods of the Sea

Posted on 31 May 2013

Food secrets held in the sea will be featured in a lecture presented by the John Jermain Memorial Library (www.johnjermain.org) at 34 West Water Street in Sag Harbor. Susan Krieger, L.Ac., MS, a health care professional in New York City and on the East End who focuses her practice on acupuncture, acupressure and facial rejuvenation, will be on hand to talk about the importance of health and items that come from the sea. She’ll be discussing vegetable foods from the sea that help with aging, how to use sea air to aid the immune system, easy to do salt body scrubs in the morning to renew your body-mind and many other things. The event will be held on July 19 from 11 a.m. to noon.
