Topping Rose House Refreshes Summer Program

Posted on 05 August 2014

Topping Rose House has added a number of new fixtures to its summer calendar, with a series of sumptuous options sure to draw in crowds throughout August. The selection of specials and activities will augment the fixed menu that already exists.

On Sunday evenings the orchard that surrounds the restaurant will host a pig roast and barbeque, the perfect way to close out any week. Complemented by wines paired by Roman Roth of the Wölffer Estate Vineyard, the three course menu features a spit-roasted pig as its centerpiece with locally-sourced meat and fish grilled alongside. It costs $95 per person, for reservations email mpoore@craftrestaurant.com.

Perfect for an afternoon of luxury pampering, the ‘Ladies Who Lunch’ package is available from Monday through Friday. A sixty minute spa facial or massage is followed by food from a unique Ladies Lunch menu, which features summer favorites and the Topping Rose House rosé. This experience will set you back $135 per person, to book call 631 537 0870.

In a slightly different vein, the studio at Topping Rose House also holds two fitness classes on Saturday mornings. A Pilates class comes first at 9am, with a focus on tone and the improvement of balance. This is followed by the Topping Rose House Party, a class which draws from 90′s hip hop influences to offer a new and fun way to work out. Both classes are taken by city-based instructors Rachel Warren and Kristin Sudeikis, and offer replenishing juices and fresh fruit post-workout. Email ccullen@craftrestaurant.com to reserve a spot.
