Why HarborFrost?
This time of year, it can seem there’s no reason to go outside. The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce is about to change that.
Coming to Sag Harbor Saturday, February 11, is HarborFrost, an ice sculpting and fireworks spectacular, featuring the chainsaw wielding talents of Fear No Ice! and the pyrotechnic expertise of Fireworks by Grucci.
The action starts at Long Wharf just after 3 p.m. on February 11, with Fear No Ice! starting their first sculpture there. At 4 p.m., another Fear No Ice! sculpture will be created at the far end of Main Street.
Adding to the fun are a few surprises, some hot, some cold, provided by members of the community, making for an afternoon to remember.
Meanwhile, Sag Harbor village merchants will be offering “Fire and Ice” specials and giveaways, with each business competing for a prize for best promotion until 6:15 p.m., when Fireworks by Grucci will light up the sky just like it’s summer, except you’ll be seeing fireworks before dinner not after them.
To help satisfy hunger and cravings throughout the day, the village restaurants will be offering $20.12 specials that will continue into the evening after the fireworks.

We will be out in Montauk on Feb. 11 and can not wait to join in on your fire and frost festivities. We are very much looking forward to this event. Good Work.
We drove 2 hours to get to Harbor Frost, and while the ice carving, fire show and fireworks were great, we were very disappointed with the restaurants. We tried to get the $20.12 prix fix dinner at both The New Paradise and Page at 63 and were turned away at both restaurants. They both claimed they were not doing a prix fix. We drove so far expecting to have a fun day AND dinner, and we were forced to dine elsewhere. The info on this webpage was clearly wrong. Please make sure to check your facts in the future so others don’t go out of their way only to be disappointed like we were.
